Meet Registration for Non-SteepleWeb Teams (Full Process)

Go full screen and set quality to 1080p for the best quality video. This is for teams that don't have a SteepleWeb account and how their can register for meets that use SteepleWeb meet registration. It goes through nearly the entire process.  A step-by-step set of instructions is below the video.

1. Use the Unique URL the host team sends you, or go to the host team’s page and click “Register for this meet” or go to SteepleWeb.com and register for the appropriate meet.
2. Fill out the required information, including the user account information.
3. Upload Your Roster.

1. Click “Download SteepleWeb Roster Template” and you will get an Excel spreadsheet.
2. Enter in the first and last names of your athletes and select their current year in school from the dropdown menu (column F).
3. After you fill out your roster, save your roster.  
4. Go back to SteepleWeb and select the appropriate year and season.
5. Choose your file and select your roster file that you just saved.
2. Create Roster
1. In the rosters menu, click “create roster” and select the appropriate information.
2. Once the roster is created, select “add athlete to roster” and enter in the athletes first and last name, gender, and year in school
3. Click either “save” or “save and add another”
4. Click “Meets” from the admin panel and click “Schedule”
1. If the meet your are registering for says “Pending Registration Approval,” the host team has made the decision to manually approve each team, so you’ll have to wait and be patient.  In some cases you may have been given any access code; use that and approval will be immediate.
5. Click on the meet in order to register for the meet and then “Make Entries”
6. Select the roster you want to make entries for.
7. Click on the athlete you want to enter.
8. Click the checkbox for each event you want to register the athlete for and be sure to enter a seed time.
9. Click “Save Registrations” and repeat the process..
10. If you are entering a relay, click the name of the relay and enter in a seed time.  While it’s not required, you can add up to 8 athletes per relay.
11. You do not have to worry about submitting the entries.  As soon as you save each entry the host team can see the entry.
12. To see your current entries click either “See All Current Registration” or “Printable Report
